Caucuses connect and grow our Republican/Conservative Community. And caucus is the first opportunity for area residents to have a say on issues and vote in a 2026 Gubernatorial Straw Ballot Election. This is where the 2026 election process of the Republican Party begins.
 

-Meet neighbors and select neighborhood precinct leaders
-Take steps to become a Delegate to your Senate District Convention
-Learn about Republican candidates seeking your endorsement for state or federal office
-Help shape the Republican Party Platform
-Learn about opportunities to participate in your Republican Party!

"The precinct caucus is where it all begins,” Paul Jackson, EP & MTKA GOP (SD49) Chair, says.  “At the caucus, you get a chance to meet like-minded neighbors and find a place in the party where you can make a difference.  You don’t have to have any past political experience, just a desire to get involved.”  

Anyone who agrees with the principles of the party and intends to support its candidates is welcome to attend and participate. Attendees are encouraged to verify they reside in Senate District 49 and locate your precinct before attending.

Get involved!  Pre-register for Caucus HERE.   Pre-registration is not required. Just show up!  In Case of Emergency: If an emergency is keeping you from attending but you want to be considered to be a delegate or precinct officer, call 612-466-0850 to give your information and desired position (precinct officer and/or delegate.)
