Come to the SD 49 Holiday Party -- Celebrate with Us!

Join us on Tuesday evening, December 13, for our annual Holiday Party.  This last get-together of 2016 will be a great opportunity to join with good friends and talk about what we’ve accomplished and what lies ahead in 2017. 

There will be no planned speaker.  We will conduct some quick business.  The Senate District 49 Full Committee will be asked to confirm Louis Tiggas as our new Treasurer.  After making an immeasurable contribution as our senate district treasurer, Barbara Nazarian has resigned to enjoy more time with her family at their condominium in Florida.  

We would also like to try another quick experiment in electronic voting.  If you have a cellphone that allows texting, please bring it.  For voting at our convention in February, we want to see if we can use the cellphones we have rather than rent devices as we did last April.

We would appreciate your feedback and ideas about what has worked this past year, and what we could do better.

We will be offering a hearty assortment of appetizers and sweets.  Dar Gray is assembling three baskets of holiday items that will be available for bidding at our silent auction.  We will have a drawing for a fourth basket.

Come dressed in holiday attire and enjoy the spirit of the Growth and Opportunity Party!
