Dinner menu:
Strawberry Romaine Salad - onions, toasted almonds, creamy poppy seed dressing
Plated dinner (choose 1):
Tuscan Chicken - boneless breast, feta cheese, black olives, tomato, herb garlic marinated (gluten free)
Pork Chop - wild mushroom crust, lingonberry jus (gluten free/dairy free)
Roasted Vegetable Pasta - pasta, chef's roasted vegetables, marinara, Italian cheeses (vegetarian)
Dinners served with:
Herb roasted new potatoes, and green top carrots with green beans
Dessert:
Choice of carrot cake or chocolate Bundt cake
