2024 Senate District 49 Convention
Pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution of the Republican Party of Minnesota and the Bylaws of our Senate District 49 Republican Organization, the 2024 Senate District 49 Convention is hereby called to meet.
Where: Central Middle School, 8025 School Rd., Eden Prairie, MN 55344
When: Saturday, April 13, 2024
9 AM: Registration Opens
10 AM: Call to Order
10:30 AM: Registration Closes
The Senate District 49 Republican Convention shall be comprised of the delegates and alternates elected at precinct caucuses held on February 27, 2024, and currently residing within the boundaries of the Precinct in which they were elected.
The Convention shall be held for the purposes of:
1. Electing Delegates and Alternates to the Third Congressional District Republican Convention and State Convention.
CD3 convention is to be held on Saturday April 27, 2024, at Wayzata Central Middle School. See
www.cd3mngop.com for details. State Republican Convention is to be held on Friday and Saturday May 17-18,
2024, at the St. Paul River Centre. See www.mngop.com for details on lodging and additional information.
2. Endorsing Republican Candidates to run for Senate District 49 2024 Minnesota Legislative Offices.
3. Considering resolutions passed at the February 27, 2024, precinct caucuses.
4. Transacting other business that may properly come before the Convention.
