Pints & Politics on Tap for Monday, May 13

The monthly social networking and happy hour event called Pints & Politics is set for Monday evening, May 13, at Poor Richard’s Commonhouse, 8301 Normandale Blvd, Bloomington.

Pints & Politics is not a venue for formal speeches and dry discussions. If you want a casual opportunity to meet and get to know other local Republicans, this is about as good as it gets. This coming Monday, we expect a visit from the newly-elected MN GOP Deputy Chair, Jesse Pfliger, and the re-elected MN GOP Secretary, Barb Sutter.

Five Senate Districts in the southwest neighborhoods of Minneapolis will get together to co-host Pints & Politics. Many of the local Republican leaders and people from Bloomington, Richfield, Edina, Eden Prairie, Hopkins, St. Louis Park, Golden Valley, and outlying areas will turn out to greet old friends and meet new ones.

Come as early as 5 pm to enjoy happy hour prices. Or drop in up to 7:30 pm, as many of us will still be there. Have a beer and talk one-on-one with state party officers, local party leaders, and a number of genuinely good people.

Scroll down and register in advance. Pay $8 to help defray the cost of a selection of appetizers. Or pay $10 at the door. And bring a friend!
