Thank you for your help in performing a second dry running the SD49 Convention.  The real convention will be held remotely on Saturday, February 20.  We will run it ourselves as a Zoom webinar using new voting software.  

The second dry run on February 11 will ensure that we have worked out all of the issues before the real convention runs. We expect that this dry run will proceed more efficiently than the first.

This event flyer is simulating the registration for the convention and is only for the dry run.  As a practice delegate/alternate, please scroll down and register.  Use the email address that you will use to sign in for the dry run.  You must register by February 9 to participate in this dry run.

As was mentioned in the blast email that was sent to you, if you are being asked to be only a practice delegate or alternate, you should participate remotely (at home).  Sign-in for the dry run convention will be open by 6 pm.  Please sign in no later than 6:45 pm.

If you are being asked to help run the convention in addition to being a delegate or alternate, please plan on attending the dry run in Lonny Leitner's office on February 11.  Plan on arriving by 5 pm, no later than 5:45 pm, to give you time to get set up and sign in.  Please bring your own computing device.
